Talk to tom is a Community Based Suicide Prevention, Mental Health Awareness and Bereavement Support Charity
Talk to Tom was established in July 2012 by a group of like minded individuals all of whom have lost loved ones and friends through suicide.
It is our belief that a community based initiative funded and run by the people, for the people was the best way of offering services in our area.
We rely entirely on volunteers and donations for the running of our organisation and no one receives any payment for work carried out for us with the exception of professional psychotherapists.
We strive to provide much needed, private and confidential one to one support counselling services as well as psychological support to the families of those affected by Ireland's biggest killer of young adults, suicide. .
Its time to end the stigma, its time to talk.
