CoAction provides a full range of services to support children and adults with an intellectual disability and/or autism. Our vision is to support people to be 'connected with' and included in the lives of those who are most important to them so that they can live full and meaningful lives. Person-centredness challenges us to move away from providing services in segregated and centralised locations, because inevitably they may limit people's opportunities and 'disconnect' them from their homes and communities.
