The Headfort Trust is an educational charity that owns Headfort House. For over 70 years Headfort House has been home to Headfort School, which has provided an outstanding and unique preparatory education at Headfort House.
The desire is to retain the educational ethos and Headfort's ‘magic.’ The school has been re-founded on solid financial principles with a very professional management team supported by all stakeholders. We are incredibly excited about what lies ahead.

The Headfort Trust supports the sustaining of quality primary education at Headfort House.
Our current fundraising campaigns aim to provide an exceptional, unique co-educational day and boarding school for all children aged up to 13 years, building on the solid foundations of the past.
These campaigns include:
- A Bursary fund to be able to support children through Headfort that would not currently be able to afford to attend the school.
- A new energy-efficient heating measure that includes both solar and biomass systems.
- Matching funding for grant-aided support for the repair of the windows.
- General building repairs.
Each donation helps us to strengthen and accelerate the development of our infrastructure and facilities to make our education even more outstanding, even more unique, even more transformative.

history
Headfort Trust was founded at Headfort House in the 1990's to provide educational facilities. It was established as a Charitable Trust, governed by a Board of Directors.
The House and grounds have been a central part to education at Headfort House. The Trust has striven over the years to provide the pupils with the freedom to enjoy the acres of parkland in a safe manner.
