I have chosen to fundraise for The Gavin Glynn Foundation . All funds raised here will go directly to this great cause.

I will take part in the 2023 King of Greystones Triathlon, it will take place on Sunday July 30^th, 2023. This will be a huge challenge for me to face my fears  after a horrific bicycle crash as a teenager. But nothing compared to the very brave children battling cancer. The Gavin Glynn Foundation helps families of children to travel overseas for treatment not available in Ireland.
