As a community it has been our dream for many years to have a playground on our beautiful island that can be enjoyed by both local and visiting children alike. That dream is beginning to become a reality, now that we have found an appropriate site for the playground. It will be located in North Harbour, between the Comharchumann offices and the Bird Observatory, looking across at Duffy's pier. Now we must work tirelessly to raise the money that will be required for construction and fulfill that wish. Be part of our story and help make it become a reality for children to enjoy and the generations yet to come. Let us fill the harbour with the sounds of laughter.
