The Irish Heart Foundation has been Daybreak’s chosen charity partner for the past 6 years and through our fundraising activity we have helped the charity to provide much needed support and resources to Irish communities.

As the national charity fighting stroke and heart disease, the Irish Heart Foundation is funded up to 90 per cent by public and corporate donations.

Their vision is that every person living in Ireland will live a long, active and healthy life free from heart, stroke and blood vessel disease.
 
The mission of the Irish Heart Foundation is to lead in improving the cardiovascular health of people living in Ireland so they do not experience disability or die from preventable heart, stroke and other blood vessel diseases.
