This is Nomfundo, the baby of the family, a loving daughter and sister, an incredibly bright and caring 26-year-old who last year graduated with a BSc in Computer Science from Jiangsu University in China.
Having moved back home after graduation, she was ready to start her career journey when she was diagnosed with stage 3 colorectal cancer earlier this year.
The family is heartbroken and doing their best to come up with funds for her treatment as unfortunately the diagnosis came before she was able to get her health insurance in order.
She is currently undergoing chemotherapy treatment to help shrink the tumor before the doctors can operate.
We are doing a fund raising drive to help with the high costs of the treatments.
