Samaritans Ireland
Samaritans is the only charity in Ireland offering emotional support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for anyone who needs someone. We have been supporting people in Ireland since 1960 through our phone helpline, email and face-to-face support and outreach in the community. We have had millions of potentially life-saving conversations over the past 60 years.
We deliver the Samaritans service through 21 local branches on the island of Ireland (13 in RoI and 8 in NI). Each branch is run independently by a network of volunteers, with support given from the Samaritans Ireland office staff on Usher's Quay, Dublin.
