With Covid-19 in the rear view mirror, we are delighted to be able to organise our annual pilgrimage to Lourdes for cancer patients and open up the doors of the cancer centre once again. 

While the Clare 250 Cancer Centre CLG was only established in 2015, the Clare 250 Mile Cycle, a two day charity cycle around the county, has been in existence since 1980. For the first 14 years the proceeds from the cycle were handed over to another organisation to send children with special needs to Lourdes. Since then the proceeds have been used to fund the organisation's own pilgrimage to Lourdes for cancer patients with any funds remaining being put towards the building of a unique space in woodland just outside of Ennis as day retreat centre for cancer patients.
