Jigsaw

Jigsaw is a community of professionals, supporters, and volunteers with a shared belief in an Ireland where every young person’s mental health is valued and supported.

overview

Mental health can affect every aspect of a young person's life. At Jigsaw, we believe every young person must have the support that's right for them, whatever they are going through. And with your help, we are making a real and lasting impact. The outcomes of our interventions are clear – those who cross the threshold of our services are leaving more resilient and more able to make the transition from young adulthood to what lies ahead.

For more information on how we support young people, their parents, family members, friends and other professionals please visit our website www.jigsaw.ie

where your money goes

It is the passion and generosity of our supporters like yourself that makes it possible for us to deliver vital mental health support to young people. Without you, we could not do the work that we do every day within communities across Ireland.

Your support means we can continue to be there as young people face challenges to their mental health, through offering.

1. new ways of supporting young people with their mental health and wellbeing. Such as our 1:1 Jigsaw live-chat, group chats, and expert advice and information at jigsaw.ie

2. training and education to help parents, guardians, and those working with young people, to support their mental health and well-being. Like our One Good School initiative in secondary schools right across Ireland.

3. vital research to educate and advocate for what young people need to support their mental health and well-being. Including our My World Survey, the largest ever done in Ireland of young people's mental health and well-being.
