North Tipperary Hospice Movement is a completely voluntary organisation depending solely on fundraising and donations. Our vision is that no one should have to face death or bereavement without appropriate care and support. We pay Milford Hospice 130,000 pa to help provide our palliative home care to people at end stage of life. We hire and have delivered specialist equipment to their homes costing 150,000pa. We also run and maintain two cancer support centres, Suir Haven in Thurles and Suaimhneas in Nenagh. All our services are provided free of charge to clients irrespective of means.
