The NSRF is uniquely positioned to make a profound impact on suicide prevention, having been recognised internationally as a World Health Organization Collaborating Centre for surveillance and research in suicide prevention.

Being one of only five such research centres worldwide, we take our role seriously. Our expertise allows us to collaborate with leading researchers and health organisations globally, ensuring that our knowledge and findings are shared with those shaping mental health policies and strategies.

Our innovative research projects have a direct influence on preventing suicide and providing support to those in need, both in Ireland and internationally.
