Each year at Integer New Ross associates nominate charities that they wish to fundraise for.
Once charities are nominated the each associates across the company votes from the list of nominated charities and the winner(s) are who we fundraise for that year.

This year our two nominated Charities are Epilepsy Ireland & Down Syndrome Waterford & South Kilkenny Branch

Epilepsy Ireland is a registered charity whose vision is to achieve a society where no person's life is limited by epilepsy.
They provide the following services:
Provide support, information & self-management services to people with epilepsy and their families across the country.
Deliver training & education programs for both people with epilepsy & health professionals.
Improve public understanding of epilepsy Advocating on behalf of those with epilepsy Supporting high impact research to better understand and treat the condition We are national charity supporting the Wexford, Waterford & South Kilkenny region from our Southeast office. Our proposed use of funding would be to pilot a scheme whereby epilepsy Ireland would purchase and distribute a finite quantity of critical equipment such as seizure detection alarms, safety pillows etc to families living with epilepsy.

The DSI Waterford Branch is a support group for families of and people with Down Syndrome in Waterford and South Kilkenny. We work to help people with Down Syndrome reach their full potential by providing information and support to them, their families, carers and professionals.
The Branch provides support to its members in the locality under three headings
1.) Therapy
2.) Education
3.) Life Enhancing Activities.
