Samaritans provide a 24-hour helpline service for people who are in distress, lonely, struggling to cope & who need emotional support, including those who are feeling suicidal.

Volunteers are on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week, on the freephone helpline number 116 123 & email jo@samaritans.org - answering over 100,000 calls for help each year.
