I have spent 5 years on creating this book to help you Breathe Free. It has been written and professionally edited but I've run out of money and loans with the Credit Union! Now I need you to help me finance the final phases of publication.
What is left to do:
- Professional Book Cover Design to inspire people who need to breathe well to pick it up and change their lives (2 months, Feb-March2023)
- Professional Inside Book Design to help the book flow and read well for you. (2 months, Feb-March 2023)
- A final proof-read to eliminate all errors. (1 month, April 2023)
- Printing the first run and distribution. (2 months, May - June 2023)
- Marketing the book through talks nationally, internationally and online, workshops, connecting with community groups, digital and traditional media (ongoing from June 2023)
Purpose of the book:
Breathe Free is my first book and it is the first book in the world to look at breathing from a principles perspective.
You can use it to become symptom-free of asthma (like I did),
reduce anxiety and mental health issues, change your state or to run marathons, climb mountains and live your greatest life, like so many of my clients.
About me
I have been a Breath Coach and Personal Trainer for the last 18 years, helping people like you to Breathe Free, become healthy and do some cool stuff with your life. Before that, I suffered with chronic asthma. It was so bad that I spent a total of 6 months in bed sick. I took 3 inhalers a day, 425 steroid tablets and 14 courses of anti-biotics just to survive. But then I found a breathing method that saved my life. Once I trained my breath, everything changed. I became healthy, fit, strong and balanced in life. I began to live my greatest life and coach that experience to others.
I've since come to learn a principles based approach for coaching breath training. I've learned there's more to the breath than just nose breathing or big and fast breathing. I've learned breathing can help people with all sorts of issues, like stress, mental, emotional, physical health and so much more.
The way I have experienced the breath and think about breathing is very different to almost everybody out there simply because I've taken time to speak with and learn from the best experts, practitioners, researchers and doctors in the world in an effort to understand what is going on with your breathing. This book is culmination of all that experience. You won't need another breathing book to breathe well again. This is it.
