Declan's 100k in one day for IWA

I have decided to do a 100k in one day for IWA. This will consist of a 40k run. 30k bike. 10k Assault bike. 10k Rower erg machine. 10k Ski erg machine. 

I am doing this to raise vital funds for the Irish Wheelchair association services and as a remembrance event for service users and family members that we lost in the Covid pandemic.
