school, workplace or friends and family together for a Christmas Jumper day!
Make-A-Wish are asking supporters around the country to put on their festive jumpers and help grant wishes to children who live with life-altering medical condition.
Make-A-Wish Ireland has one simple aim: we grant the wishes of children aged between 3 and 17 years living with life-threatening medical conditions. A wish granted is true magic for the child, providing respite from their normal routines of hospitals, doctors and treatment.
