Register for your Barnardos t-shirt here, then set up your fundraising page by clicking on the ‘start fundraising’ button on the right.
Share the link with your friends, family and colleagues along with photos or videos of your doing the challenge (ideally sweating!).
Tell them why this challenge is important to you and ask them to support your fundraising efforts to help transform the lives of vulnerable children.
