Join our Raise the Roof - Cycle Challenge! 

Join our Cycle Challenge and help us to Raise the Roof for Dementia! 

Dedicate just 1 day to our challenge, and make a lasting impact on the lives of people living with Dementia.  All funds raised will help to fix & maintain the roof our our Dementia Care Home in Shankill. 

All participants will receive:

1. A Raise the Roof - Challenges T-shirt
2. A Certificate of Achievement
3. A Medal

• Individual Challenge:  Cycle 111 kilometers in 1 Day ( 11 people are diagnosed with Dementia every day)
• Team Challenge:  Cycle 640 kilometers in 1 day (64,000 People are currently living with Dementia in Ireland)

We will be with you every step of the way to help you reach your goal offering fitness advice, tips & support!
