How it works:

1. Register and Fundraise: Sign up now, kickstart your fundraising, and let everyone know about your participation in this unique and thrilling event.
2. Get Ready: Ensure you're fit for the challenge, that you are capable of climbing the tower stairs and descending by abseil on the big day.
3. Medical Considerations: If you are aged 50 or above, have high blood pressure, a heart condition, suffer from dizziness or epilepsy, or have any existing medical conditions, seek medical advice before participating. Participants under 16 need parental consent.
4. Weight and Size Limits: Solo participants must not exceed 120kg, and waist harnesses fit sizes from 40cm to 125cm.
5. Raise at Least €250: Before signing up, commit to raising a minimum of €250 in fundraising.

On event day, make your way to the tower's base in the heart of Dublin's Smithfield. It's a landmark impossible to overlook! Ascend to the summit, securely fasten your harness, and then courageously descend 190 feet. A friendly reminder: embrace the thrill, but perhaps resist the temptation to glance downward!
