This February we are asking you to take just a few minutes to pause and to Stand Strong in yoga warrior pose in solidarity with women experiencing domestic abuse. By taking part you will be directly raising awareness and funds to ensure that women across Ireland get the support they need. We are here for women 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.

Support Women’s Aid who work to prevent abuse and to support the increasing requests for help (over 31,000) last year. Awareness of domestic abuse is vital in prevention and to ensure women can be safe.

Stand Strong is supported by Allianz so all donations raised will go directly to Women’s Aid.

How it Works

Click the Sign Up button to sign up for the challenge and create your personal or group fundraising page.

You will receive an email from iDonate with a link to activate your page. Once activated, you can share your page with others using the share button and there's a QR code too.

Following registration, we’ll also send you a pack that includes details on how to Stand Strong in warrior pose, some small goodies (including a special sweatband) to make it more meaningful and fun and details of a yoga livestream where you (and your friends) can view with people across Ireland through the month of February.  We are also offering limited edition Gym+Coffee x Stand Strong merch to our top fundraisers. Check out #WAStandStrong on social media for the amazing individuals, companies, schools and groups that have already taken part. 

You can take part anywhere - from your own home, outside, with friends, at work, with a group (e.g. club, gym, sports team), we want as many people as possible to Stand Strong.
