2024 - THE ELEVENTH STRIP AND DIP

CHILDHOOD CANCER NEVER STOPS AND NEITHER DO WE!

WE ARE BARING AND FREEZING OUR BITS OFF TO RAISE MONEY FOR CHILDHOOD CANCER. 

€1,159,000 raised to date and this year is our 11th dip….. this year we are hoping to get our total up to €1,200,000 – how about it - want to have one of the best days of your life?!

Strip and Dip started 11 years ago, organised by Deirdre Featherstone who was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in 2012. Deirdre wanted to raise money for Childhood Cancer and from the first 50 brave women on the beach in 2013 to now thousands who join, the event has grown from strength to strength. To date €1,159,000 has been raised for Aoibheann's Pink Tie and our funding has helped greatly to buy a house near Crumlin Hospital for the families going through Childhood Cancer. In 2018 we received a Guinness World Record for the World's Largest Skinny Dip and in 2020 we received another world record for a Virtual Dip (during covid).

The event is Females only over 17s. We would love you to join us on this great day and if you can't join us, please donate to help us reach our goal for the kids. Many people who dip might have been through cancer or other issues, or may just want to do it for the fun of it.  Women supporting Women always. Plenty of women do this by themselves and meet friends for life on the day.
