Teddy Bears Picnic for Jack and Jill is now in its fourth year. Created by dynamic duo Jess McGrath and Evelyn Reilly from Kidz@Play in Maynooth. It's a charity close to their heart. Lets make this year bigger than ever and join forces with your local creche, montessori or school for Teds Big Day Out !!! This event is all about bringing children together, celebrating inclusion and allowing children to support other children in the community. What better way to make the start of summer and allowing our young people to get outside and have some fun with their favourite fur friend. Early Bears will get a goodie bag for your creche, school or montessori.
Jack and Jill is a nationwide charity providing in-home nursing care and respite support for children up to the age of 6 with severe to profound neurodevelopmental delay. This may include children with brain injury, genetic diagnosis, cerebral palsy, and undiagnosed conditions. Another key part of our service is end of life care for all children up to the age of 6, irrespective of diagnosis. Parents call the service the ‘Gift of Time’.
