The Big Cycle for Samaritans

To coincide with European Mental Health Week which runs 13th - 19th May this year, Paul, a volunteer with East Coast Samaritans will take on a 247km cycle to raise awareness that Samaritans are available 24/7. 

Starting his cycle at Cork Samaritans at 10pm, Paul will make his way to Kilkenny Samaritans branch where he will take a short refresh before continuing his journey to East Coast Samaritans - Arklow Branch 

This Event is people powered and we are asking clubs, schools and businesses to get behind Paul and prove that with Samaritans you are never alone. We are asking businesses to sponsor a spoke for just €100 with their business name travelling all 247km with him. 

Clubs and Schools are asked to run their normal activity but this time record your kilometres. At the end, we will add up all of the kilometres and donations and show the power of community coming together to achieve big things!
