The As Darragh Did Team are Walking the Walk as our 2024 fundraiser. We are seeking your support to sponsor our efforts or to take part alongside us. All details are on www.asdarraghdid.ie and we are truly grateful to all who take part, help out or sponsor us.
Walking the Walk will commence in Mullingar on the morning of Saturday 20th April at the Annebrook Hotel in the middle of the town. Walking the Walk will recommence on Sunday 21st April finishing at Bradys in Maynooth. All accommodation, transport and food arrangements are in the information pack on our website at www.asdarraghdid.ie
The Royal Canal played a big part in the lives of Conor, Darragh and Carla. It was the route we took up the M4 to Donegal for them to visit Granny & Grandad. It also features in the Auld Triangle which was a favourite of the kids and you can see Conor & Darragh's rendition of that song on the Conor Clips YouTube channel.

Darragh died on January 24th 2020 with his brother Conor and sister Carla. The founder of this charity, Andrew Mc Ginley, wants to remember all 3 of his children by the promises he made to them. Darragh had asked Andrew to get involved with Rathcoole FC as a coach for the team he played for and Andrew promised he would.Upon reflection Andrew thought about how Darragh was involved in so much locally.
