This year I will be participating in the VHI Women's Mini Marathon on 3rd June in aid of DRCC. Please give what you can to this extremely worthy cause. I can't begin to tell you how amazing this organisation is in its work to support survivors of the trauma of rape and sexual abuse. Many people unfortunately only come across this organisation when either they or a loved one needs to avail of the service. As a result, many people who use the service and truly experience and see its value first-hand aren't in a position to fundraise for the organisation due to the sensitivities and privacy that is often required surrounding their experience ... and as a result of this the numbers of those who participate in VHI Mini Marathon in aid of the centre are quite low. If you could contribute in any way, it would mean so much xxx
