So most of you know that autism is something that is very close to my heart and has been for many years. My own little boy amazes me every single day. I've studied autism for over a decade now and An Comhar in Letterkenny Educate Together National School has become a massive part of my life. Raising money for Autism Assistance Dogs Ireland means that more children will be given the opportunity to have an amazing assistance dog and many of the children and parents I have spoken to have said that having an assistance dog has changed their lives. If you can donate I would really appreciate it ... (and special thanks to my best friend in the world Sharon who has agreed to abseil 100ft with me... as I am terrified of heights!!).

As many of you know I have MS and sometimes it prevents me from doing the things I really want to. Danny has very kindly agreed to be my stand in should MS prevent me from doing the abseil - so one or the other of us will be dropping (a very controlled dropping) 100ft on 9th June!!
