I am raising money to support the Irish Wheelchair Rughy team go compete in the Wheelchair Rugby World Championships in Sydney this August. This is a compititon I never thought we could get to with a small pool of players and a very small budget we are going up agenest the best in the world for the first time. I am going to do a 42km push around Dunmanway my home town and start at the point I broke my neck (the falls) 26 years ago

Irish Wheelchair Rugby (IWR) is responsible for the development, promotion, and regulation of Wheelchair Rugby in Ireland. Wheelchair Rugby was introduced to Ireland back in 1997, thanks mainly to the efforts of Garrett Culliton. Garrett comes from a strong rugby background and after seeing the game being played while he was in the United States, was adamant that Ireland would have their own Wheelchair Rugby Team.
