Hi, my name is Stephen and I am delighted to be supporting Cancer Care West for this years Galway Bay Swim. The charity use these funds to help meet the costs of residential and cancer support services, which are provided free of charge to cancer patients and their families. The swim will take place on the 21st of July starting in Aughinish in County Clare and finishing at Blackrock in Salhill, Galway. The distance is 10.5km as the crow flies but with the tide, currents and conditions on the day that could easily rise to 13km.
