Limerick Suicide Watch are a charity that do amazing work in Limerick City, patrolling the 7 bridges and the banks of the River Shannon helping people in distress or feeling suicidal. They currently have 60 Volunteers and patrol 4 nights a week, since they began in 2016 they have had 200+ interventions.
To equip one volunteer with lifesaving equipment it cost 450 euro and to keep the organisation running it cost 35,000 per year.
I hope to raise as much as money as possible to help this Charity.
We are a suicide prevention group based in Limerick City who patrol the bridges and the banks of the River Shannon at night, helping people who are in distress or who may be feeling suicidal.
