Here are the young people in their Life Skills class. A part of the Independent Living programme. Being institutionalised from such young ages these young people need to learn skills from all aspects of life. In attending these classes they will learn a multitude of skills and lessons. Some young people get to participate in this class in preparation for entering the Independent Living Programme. We are completely blown away by the generosity shown by so many people over the last few weeks. Let's see if we can make it to €7,000! Donations will close on Friday.

In this programme the young people learn many skills including the growing, preparing and cooking of foods. Here are Sergey and Natasha cleaning the mushrooms their fellow residents have been hard at work preparing. So many skills to learn in this seemingly simple task, from working as a team and communication skills to preparing a meal from scratch.
