On the 4th August 2019, Daithi Harrison and Paddy Flynn will leave Sydneys Childrens Hosiptal. We will cycle across 3 continents, passing through 28 countries and covering nearly 25,000km. We both have enjoyed running the past few years and the idea of not running for over a year didn't sit well with us so we decided to run an ultra marathon in each country we pass through, 64km to mark the first ultramarathon we competed in together. It will not be easy but it will be worth it.
If you would like to follow our journey closer you can find us on instagram: of_mountains_and_men or check out our website www.2cycle28.com

Wishing you both all the best. We raised €707 from a small pub, in a small town on a cold November's night. From Joe and all at the Strand Bar, Carrick-on-Suir.
Brilliant what ye are doing lads. Keep safe. See ye when back in Ireland. 👍
Well done boys. See you on your return home.
Best of luck lads!
Money raised from a fundraiser organised by Five Star Fitness owners Andrew Walsh and Elaine O'Neill. This event was open to members and non members who all kindly donated on the day. Andrew, Chris and Tara ran four different classes on Sunday morning between 9am and midday. A great morning for all who attended!
