As most of you know, my brother John died from Motor Neurons disease (MND) in June 2015, a few months short of his 50th birthday.
This June is John's 4 year anniversary and in his memory, myself and my friends will take on Ireland's highest mountain (Carrauntohil), to raise funds for the Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association (IMNDA). The IMNDA assisted John during his sickness. The IMNDA is the only organisation in Ireland providing care and support to people with MND, their families, friends and carers. The IMNDA also fund and promote research into the causes and treatments of MND. There is no known cause for MND and no cure.
All funds raised here will go directly to this great cause.

We offer consistent support to approximately 450 families across Ireland who otherwise would have nowhere else to turn. Everybody with MND has different needs at different stag
