I'm taking part in Coast to coast in a day cycle on Saturday 28th of September 2019 in aid of the Haiti Orphanage Project Espwa . All funds raised here will go directly to this great cause. Our 250km journey from Westport to Dublin mirrors the journey from Port-au-Prince to Cap Haitien, only in distance and not in the difficulty these people endure.

Project ESPWA is an Irish registered charity that helps people in need through shipments of relief aid and on-the-ground construction projects. ESPWA (pronounced ess-puh-wah) is the creole word for hope, a nod to the charity’s origins working with the people of Haiti. Our activities have expanded significantly in recent years taking in multiple jurisdictions, in particular Honduras, the Dominican Republic and most recently, the relief effort in Ukraine.
