On Saint Patrick's Weekend, myself and 40 or so equally mad friends are climbing Croagh Patrick for our friend Pádraig Shaler, to help raise funds for the continued care and therapy he needs daily. Some of us will be taking on the challenge barefoot, so you're guaranteed to be sin free if you donate! We'll meet Pádraig at the foot of the mountain upon our descent, so he'll be right in the thick of it for the party of a lifetime afterwards.
Pádraig suffered a serious brain injury while on holiday in America almost 7 years ago and while he has made inspiring progress in his rehabilitation journey, his movement and communication is limited and he is in need of intensive and expensive daily care to meet these challenges. Every donation willl go directly towards this, so thank you in advance!

About the Cause
Caring for Padraig
Padraig Schaler, a 2013 TCD graduate from Glasnevin, Dublin, acquired a very severe brain injury when he was hit by a van on 27 June 2013 as he cycled to work on Cape Cod. Nobody was ever prosecuted.
He is now living with his family in Dublin. He requires 24-hour care and is fully dependent.
All proceeds go to the Caring for Padraig fund, administered by a Committee independent of the family.
idonate was established in 2011 to assist charities & non profits in fundraising. Our aim is to provide tools for both charities and fundraisers to help raise much needed funds.
