C.A.P.S Cavan Autism Parents Support CLG Cavan Autism Parents Support CLG is the first of it's kind in Cavan, which has been solely set up to support the parents, carers and children/young adults with autism in county Cavan and surrounding areas. We currently have 73 families & 85 children/young adults in our group. C.A.P.S. is the brainchild of Bernie Nelson who's son is autistic. C.A.P.S. have conducted numerous fundraisers over the past number of years. Most of C.A.P.S.
