Over the last number of weeks and months, I have seen many incredible people partaking in challenges for very worthy causes. With no one knowing when events and sporting activities are definitely taking place, I decided I needed to keep my motivation to train. What better way to do this than by setting myself a challenge. To help me stay accountable, I thought I would do it in aid of a charity very important to me.
I've chosen to fundraise for The Irish Hospice Foundation. All funds raised here will go directly to this great cause. Some people will remember that for the last two years, myself and my Dad have fundraised and taken part in the IHF largest fundraising event of the year, a cycling challenge. However this year, the event at the moment is currently postponed. If the event doesn't go ahead, it means that the charity like so many others are not able to recieve vital fundraising money to carry out the amazing work that they do.
I would love to be able to raise whatever I can to help the Irish Hospice Foundation to continue to carry out their fantastic work. I'm taking part a 1000km Cycling and Running Challenge to help raise funds.
I hope you can help me by donating whatever you can. Simply click the Donate button above. All donations are processed securely.
