Ashling's effort and very picturesque walk

14 Nov 2020

my personal best on Friday 13th :)

14 Nov 2020

Earlier today, Stephen cycled 42.2km around The Phoenix Park. I felt challenged so I tried to beat that distance. However, it took me an eternity. Paul walked 18km + over three consecutive days. The total effort comes to 90.15km. In addition, we hit the halfway point of our €1,000 goal today. We are extremely grateful to all our new connections and friends for donating to this fantastic cause.

Paul, Ashling and I together covered 25.22 km this Sunday.

On Friday, instead of the usual cycle went for sailing. It was relaxing sail through waves—covered 13 nautical miles, which equals 24 kilometres. Also, the highlight of this adventure was getting my eye knocked by ropes. I know, very sacrificial of me.

Put ski pants on this chilly evening. Walking back from a supermarket with a watermelon (substitute for a med ball) is a challenge on its own.

02 Nov 2020

We run, swim, cycle, sail and walk every day to achieve our goal.
