St Benedict Inbhear Mór AC are keen to partner with local charities in our community. January can be a difficult month for many people and we are very aware of the impact exercise can have on both our body and our mind.
In January, we are encouraging members of the community to join us in our January 2021 challenge. Exercise on 20 days in January for 21 minutes and make an optional €20 donation to Arklow Cancer Support group. Exercise can be run, walk, jog, swim, cycle, exercise class - whatever your preference and you can combine throughout the month. We encourage you to grab a buddy (human or canine!) and get out in the fresh air in January. The only competition is yourself, go at a time, distance and pace that suits you. Join our facebook group
