On Saturday the 27th of February we are attempting to get 100 different people to complete 100 mins of exercise on the same day. The exercise can include a run, walk, swim, wheel, cycle or anything that gets the heart rate up. The 100mins can be done in one go or spread throughout the day. The 100 mins can be divided up amongst the family also. We want as many people as possible to take part and send us photos from your day
This is a great opportunity to get the whole family out and active, the importance of exercise cannot be overstated especially during the current lockdown period.
Our two chosen charities (Aware and Enable Ireland) are two very different but equally brilliant organisations who have worked tirelessly over the lockdowns to provide valuable services to many people. Enable Ireland provide a range of services to children with disabilities while Aware is an Irish mental health helpline.
There is always room for even more to be done and funding is absolutely essential for these organisations to provide an adequate service to those that need it.

Enable Ireland provides free support services to children and adults with physical, sensory and intellectual disabilities. We have over 40 service locations in 14 counties and provide support to over 13,000 children and adults, and their families. Every year, we need to raise additional funds to meet the costs of delivering our services so that we can continue to provide the best possible supports to children and adults with disabilities in Ireland.
