Challenge completed! Over 780km around Ireland in 5 days for Mental Health Charities! Thank you to all the donors who have support me so far. 
Update 30 May 2021 - after nearly 2 weeks off the bike and I delay due to a mix up at the hospital, I had to undergo surgery this week. I am now at home and recovering, but this will take time. I therefore will not be able to take on any further training for 6 weeks to allow my wound to heal. While this is obviously frustrating for me, this will give me the best possible chance of avoiding the need for a similar procedure in the future. This delay in training will make it more difficult for me to be “match fit” but I won’t let that get in my way.
