I`m taking part in Himilays hike (rescheduled from last yr) in aid of Little Way Cancer Support Centre, Clane, which offers kindness, compassion and every possible support to anyone in need of their services.

Back on home ground again, after an amazing adventure to the beautiful country of Nepal.  The abvove pictures were taken along the route. It was tough going at times but we were rewarded with some fantastic views.
