  • Hello to all supporters - delighted to have completed the 5 day tour over 700KMs. A brilliant experience, seeing some hidden parts of this lovely island. The standout highlight has been hearing the mission and stories from each of the charities we are supporting - their impact and support for those in need of a helping ear to get through mental health challenges has been really inspiring. Thanks for your support - it really will make a difference

Welcome to my fundraising page for the Deloitte One Good Turn Cycle in aid of Mental Health

Along with some colleagues, I am planning to cycle between our offices in Cork - Limerick - Galway - Belfast - Dublin.  Thats 700 kms to be completed over 5 days from August 30th.  The funds we raise will be split between the five organisations below who are providing much needed Mental Health education and services to their communities - they each have an amazing impact and their work is so important.

- A Lust for Life
- Bluebox Creative Arts Therapy
- Cork Counselling Services
- Jigsaw Galway
- Simon Community Northern Ireland

Mental Health is an issue very close to my thoughts, particularly during these times.  All donations will make a difference and will go directly to this great cause  Many thanks for your support. I better get the KMs in, and hope for sunny days and a tail wind!!
