Training going well. A number of long spins and shorter ones done during June, including this one yesterday, Ballycotton to the Vee Pass in Tipperary and home again (in one piece and a few pounds lighter)
The Tour de Munster is now in its 24th year! Cycling legend, Sean Kelly will lead the cyclists over the 4 days again this year. The Tour has been a phenomenal success as a fundraiser for many charities over the years with Down Syndrome Ireland being its main beneficiary for the last 14 of those.
