Had a bit of a disaster on the way to West Cork when the car broke down, Had to head back to Dublin but that did not deter me! Got off the train at Heuston and cycled 61k around Phoenix Park/ Castleknock on Saturday. Then on Sunday, set off to Blessington and then onto Baltinglass and back to Rathfarnham, a total of 132k and then on Monday just to round it up, I cycled 12k to get home - so a grand total of 205kms completed by myself! Looking forward to next year when I can have the scenery and the people to get me through the 170k in a day!

I love the Ring of Kerry and have completed it twice previously. As it can't happen this year, I am heading down to Kerry to do my own version!
