Thank you for taking the time to visit our fundraising page on iDonate.ie. We partcipated in the Around the World challenge on Saturday 19th of June 2021. We've chosen to fundraise for to enable Brighter Communities Worldwide to continue its fight against COVID-19 in Kenya. As countries are opening up across the globe, we are still fighting for access to vaccines; for soap; for handwashing; for education. Today only 0.7% of the population has recevied their first vaccine dose with about 100,000 people fully vaccinated (in a country of 50 million!!!). We need to do what we can.....COVID-19 has shown us all the inequalities across the globe - so we continue our journey of reducing this inequality; of justice; and of creating better futures for all we work with.
On Saturday 19th June we walked from dawn to dusk across Kericho County to raise awareness and funds of our work in Kenya. Every donation counts so please give what you can - it is truly truly appreciated. Simply click the Donate button above.
