On Sept 4th, I'm taking part in  Frances Thornton Memorial Galway Bay Swim 2021 for Cancer Care West . I'm doing the Two-Way which is a 26km swim from Blackrock to Clare and back. I'm hoping to start @ 0630 and we'll see when I finish ...

This swim is dedicated to my Mum-in-law, who has kicked cancer's ass! It is also dedicated to my own Mum and my Uncle Eugene. It will be my first Bay Swim without them to greet me at the end. Instead they are swimming with me this year.

Thanks to my brilliant pilot Ciaran Harte and to my crew Rory Dunleavy. And to the Naas swimming community, Maxine Strain's Swim Squad, Naas Tri and my swim-sister and brothers, Mercedes, Niall and Cormac.
