Ciara and Josef have grown a fantastic community around them between their work at Naduir and their online and in-person teaching. This is because of the connections that they have made in so many different ways.One of these connections is in Ukraine. Last November, Josef was teaching in Kyiv, and when the violence broke out earlier this year, he reached out to the course coordinators to ask if anyone on the course needed aid.In response to this, 5 Ukrainian refugees have travelled all the way to Furbo. We have housed them, and we will apply for any grants from the government to support them, but this will not cover everything.Already people have been incredibly generous, and we have received a pushchair, toys and clothes, which have been really helpful.We are now reaching out to this amazing community to ask if you can help us support these women and children who have been through so much.You can contribute to the cost of WIFI, bins, Electricity bills etc If you would like any more information
NADUIR is located amidst an abundant natural setting in Furbo, Co Galway about 20 minutes drive from Galway city.
