In January 2019, we lost my dear friend and colleague Alan McQuillan to a blood clot. Alan had been feeling unwell for a short while, but due to a lack of awareness of the symptoms of a pulmonary embolism, he sadly passed away suddenly. 

This fundraiser is in memory of our lovely Alan, who had a heart of gold and is dearly missed by so many. I hope to raise vital funds for Thrombosis Ireland, a charity that works to promote awareness of pulmonary embolism and its signs, provide support and to save lives.

For this fundraiser, I will be running four weekly giveaways on my Instagram page across the month of October. The giveaway starts with a luxury overnight stay at the Croke Park Hotel in Dublin for two people with breakfast. This competition will close on Monday 10th October at 6pm.
