Having experienced firsthand the amazing work that Palliative care teams do for adults at end of life I can only imagine how difficult it must be when this care is needed for such small children so I've chosen to fundraise for LauraLynn Ireland's Children's Hospice . All funds raised here will go directly to this great cause.
